(February 10th- New York, NY) Five years after shaking the music scene with her explosive major-label debut “Usseewa,” 23-year-old singer Ado releases her new music video, “Angelseek,” available now worldwide. The music video tells a story of hope with a main character who abandons perfection and descends to Earth, experiences loss and loneliness, meets similarly wounded companions, and at the end, is reborn shining even while being imperfect. The illustration is created by Chappy, who also contributes the cover art for this song, while the video is produced by multi-creator ZIIEK. “Angelseek” is written by Vocaloid producer NILFRUITS specifically for the Japanese drama series starring Kanna Hashimoto. Ado’s straightforward vocals fuse with a straight-ahead rock sound and tricky lyrics to create a track that’ll get you pumped right from the start of the year. Recently, Ado announced her live Blu-ray/DVD documenting her second world tour, Ado WORLD TOUR 2025 “Hibana” Powered by Crunchyroll, out March 25. The limited-edition package captures both the Saitama Super Arena performance, where Ado launched her world tour in her native Japan and the July 26 concert at the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida. A standard edition featuring the Orlando show will also be available.The tour is the largest-scale world tour by a Japanese artist to date and spanned five continents and included 34 shows across Asia, Australia, Europe, North America and South America. It drew approximately 500,000 fans worldwide and featured 25 sold-out arena dates, including Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and Prudential Center in Newark, making Ado the first Japanese artist to sell out these major U.S. and Canadian venues. The tour also set merchandise sales records at 25 venues, marking another milestone in her growing global profile.
