(May 27, 2026 – New York, NY) — Following her explosive major-label debut with “Usseewa” in 2020, 23-year-old utaite artist Ado has continued her meteoric rise as one of Japan’s most globally celebrated artists. Today, Ado releases the official music video for her latest single “Haru Ni Mau,” the theme song for the ABEMA original romance reality series Today, I Fell in Love.

Closely reflecting the emotional world of the song, the “Haru Ni Mau” music video captures the arrival of spring and the bittersweet emotions of young love through delicate, nostalgic visuals. Centered around the theme of “feelings left unspoken,” the video portrays lingering memories tied to parting, reunion, and unfinished affection.

Using everyday motifs such as cherry blossoms, handwritten letters, and smartphone messages, the video expresses emotions of separation and reconnection in a way that resonates deeply with viewers’ own memories and experiences. Like flower petals drifting through the spring air, the visual delicately captures feelings that are fleeting, fragile, yet deeply stirring.

The illustrations for the video were created by Toworu Nekome, who also illustrated the single jacket artwork, while the video was directed by creator omu.

Written specifically for Today, I Fell in Love, “Haru Ni Mau” vividly captures the emotional shift as growing feelings become impossible to hold back. Blending bittersweet emotion with a refreshing, fast-paced sound, the track perfectly complements the world of the series.

Ado’s momentum has continued into 2026 with major international milestones, including her inclusion in this year’s Lollapalooza lineup and her headlining performance at Zipangu, a new Japanese music event presented by Clound Nine and Goldenvoice. Held at Brookside at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, the event further cemented Ado’s growing global presence. This summer, Ado will also take the stage at Nissan Stadium for two landmark performances, continuing her record-breaking rise both in Japan and internationally.

In celebration of her 5th anniversary and the release of her 2025 tour DVD, Ado recently partnered with Complex for her first-ever North American pop-up experience at Complex LA. The one-weekend-only event drew overwhelming fan turnout, with attendees lining up before opening and exclusive merchandise selling out within hours.

The immersive pop-up transformed the space into a “world of Ado,” featuring curated installations, a visual timeline of her career, signature blue rose displays, and interactive fan elements, including a message board for attendees. The Los Angeles-exclusive merchandise collection, featuring a typography T-shirt, tote bag, acrylic badge, and limited-edition poster, quickly sold out due to high demand.

Due to the overwhelming response, select items, including a newly announced LA-exclusive Ado Hollywood keychain, are now available online, with additional restocks planned.
