Ben & Ellen Harper To Appear On CBS Saturday Morning, MSNBC's All In With Chris Hayes, NPR's Weekend Edition, World Cafe And More For Release Of "Gorgeous" (Parade) New LP 'Childhood Home', Out Today

MAY 6TH, 2014 - Ben & Ellen Harper have confirmed several national TV and radio appearances in support of their new, collaborative album, Childhood Home out today on Prestige Folklore/Concord. On Friday May 9, the mother and son duo will appear on MSNBC All In with Chris Hayes and WXPN's World Cafe. On Saturday May 10, CBS Saturday Morning will air a performance and interview recently taped at the family's Folk Music Center in Claremont, California, followed by an interview on NPR's Weekend Edition.

After playing their first full show together in NYC last month, Ben and Ellen are currently on tour across Europe. The Manchester Evening News called the show there "captivating" and the Times of London said Ellen's appearance with Ben made the concert "ascend to another level."

The pair will return to the states to headline the Claremont Folk Festival in the LA area on May 31, a homecoming concert near the Folk Music Center that Ben's grandparents founded and Ellen still runs today.
