Digital creator and comedian Ben De Almeida - known to his 6.9 million TikTok followers and 1 million YouTube subscribers as Benoftheweek - announces his new podcast “I Almost Died,” a rollicking auditory adventure in which Ben reveals his hilarious and unbelievable brushes with death. Launching today in partnership with Studio71, “I Almost Died” will air weekly on Wednesdays via Benoftheweek’s YouTube channel and through all major podcasting platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, and Spotify.
Each week on “I Almost Died” Ben will share how he survived a near-death experience, including falls from high cliffs, international bus accidents, and more. Ben will also read stories from fans about their own near-death experiences, and he will invite friends and familiar faces from TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to guest on the podcast and share their close shaves with death.

In the premiere episode of “I Almost Died,” Ben talks about a trip to Bali, Indonesia that went haywire when he accidentally drove a motorcycle into oncoming traffic and nearly landed himself in Indonesian prison.
“Everyone has their own crazy, perilous stories that you could tell around a campfire,’ says Ben. “Because of my terrible luck, I have quite a bit more than the average person so I decided to make a podcast about them!”
