BNQT (Members Of Midlake, Band Of Horses, Franz Ferdinand, Grandaddy, Travis) Premiere "Real Love" Via Stereogum

Indie super group BNQT have debuted new track "Real Love," which sees bandleader Eric Pulido and his all-star collaborators stacking harmonies over florid brass arrangements. The track comes from their "glorious" (Q) debut album 'Volume I,' set for release on April 28 via Dualtone, an Entertainment One company. 'Volume 1' is already garnering high praise from the likes of Rolling Stone, Q, MOJO, Billboard, and more. Uncut calls it "a sumptuous, immensely pleasurable album," while MOJO, in a 4 Star review, deems it "a magic carpet ride to cloud nine...beautiful." At SXSW, KCRW named them an Artist To Watch and Billboard praised their "rich, lush and harmony-drenched pop songs."

'Volume 1' includes ten new, original songs and features five vocalists - Ben Bridwell of Band of Horses, Alex Kapranos of Franz Ferdinand, Fran Healy of Travis, Jason Lytle of Grandaddy, and Pulido - who wrote and sing two tracks each, with backing from other Midlake members McKenzie Smith (drums), Joey McClellan (guitar) and Jesse Chandler (keys). 'Volume 1' was recorded and produced mostly at Midlake's studio in Denton, TX.
