Caamp’s NPR Music Tiny Desk Debuts Today

The milestone comes as the band celebrated its 10th anniversary this month

2026 Headlining Tour to kickoff in April

Today (3.19), Caamp makes its NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert debut. The tender, riveting four-song set journeyed through the band’s decade-long history, a fitting milestone as they celebrated the band’s 10th anniversary this month. “A well-known name in the folk and Americana scenes,” NPR writes, “ten years later, Caamp realizes a dream.”

They kicked off the performance with their 2019 smash hit “By And By.” Next, they played “Millions” from their 2025 album Copper Changes Color (Mom + Pop Music), which debuted at No. 1 on the Americana/Folk Albums chart and on Spotify's Top 10 Albums: Debut USA. In the middle of the set, lead singer Taylor Meier shared a message of empowerment to artists’ ability to shed light and positivity on the world during these hard times, before leading into “So Cool” from their 2018 Boys album, a song he says is about “breaking rules, falling in love and chasing what you believe in.”

They ended their career-spanning set with fan favorite “All The Debts I Owe” – a true full circle moment and self-described “dream realized” as that’s the song they submitted for their “Tiny Desk Contest” submission 10 years ago, which has since garnered 1.5M views on YouTube and 15M views across socials. “Ten years and a tiny desk later… we’re happy to finally be here,” says Caamp on the occasion. “Thanks for all of it!”

Next month, Caamp will kick off their 2026, 19-city headlining tour, which includes stops at Forest Hills Stadium, Merriweather Post Pavilion, Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre, and a hometown arena show at Columbus’ Schottenstein Center. They have tapped Richy Mitch & The Coal Miners, Mon Rovîa and more for support – see the full dates below and get your tickets here.

They’re also joining select shows as direct support for both Zach Bryan and Mumford & Sons' 2026 tours. Watch a clip from their first stadium show supporting Zach Bryan in St. Louis here. Additionally, their 2026 festival run includes High Water Festival (headliner), Railbird Festival, Levitate Music and Arts Festival (headliner) and Ocean’s Calling.

Founded in Athens, OH by Taylor Meier (frontman + primary songwriter) and Evan Westfall (multi-instrumentalist), Caamp – which also includes Matt Vinson (bass), Joseph Kavalec (keys) and Nicholas Falk (drums) – rocketed to early acclaim with their self-titled 2016 debut, which garnered the band their first gold single. Since then, the group has accumulated more than 2.5 billion streams; topped the Billboard Heatseekers chart; topped the Americana Albums chart, earned five Adult Alternative Airplay No. 1 singles; sold out multiple nights from Red Rocks to Radio City; headlined Columbus’ Nationwide Arena; become RIAA-certified gold, received praise from the likes of NPR, Relix, SPIN and more; and performed on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and CBS Saturday Morning.
