LOS ANGELES, CA – Comedy Dynamics has announced that they’ve acquired the LGBTQ+ centric stand up comedy special titled Brash Boys Club, and will be release it through the Comedy Dynamics network, their hybrid distribution system composed of Comcast, Amazon Prime Video, Spectrum, Apple TV, Dish, Google Play, DirecTV, Vimeo, YouTube and many more on September 8, 2020. The album will be available on Sirius XM, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Pandora and more on September 11, 2020.
Brash Boys Club is the first gay male/non-binary stand up comedy anthology special. The special, directed by Quentin Lee consists of a one-night stand of gay comedy, daring to be the first gay male/non-binary stand up comedy special. Join Brad Loekle, Dash Kwiatkowski and Owen Alabado on their quest to address the dearth of homosexual comedians in the game with Brash Boys Club.
“This special is the most fun I’ve had in 2020... aside from not dying,” said Brad Loekle.
“It’s exciting to be a part of for sure. Growing up I never saw anyone who looked like me doing stand up on television or anywhere. I hope that other kids who are queer, Asian, trans, non-binary or anything else can look at this show and see that performers aren’t exclusively cishet people,” said Dash Kwiatkowski.
“I can't wait for my Grandma to find out I'm gay when this freaking awesome comedy special comes out,” said Owen Alabado.
“Brash Boys Clubs promises to be a historic and hilarious step forward towards inclusion in the stand up comedy world,” said Brian Volk-Weiss, Founder and CEO of Comedy Dynamics.
Anna Roberts of Comedy Dynamics and Quentin Lee of Margin Films negotiated the deal.
