Pizza Mind, Sasheer’s first full-length comedy special, originally premiered on Seeso on March 30, 2017. In it, Sasheer talks about her awkward encounters with her aging mother, the casual racism she encounters on a daily basis and why America is more like a pizza than a melting pot.

“I’m very proud of Pizza Mind and I’m so excited for people to see work that is undeniably me,” said Sasheer Zamata.

“Sasheer’s Pizza Mind is hilarious and unique. And pizza is my favorite food other than shrimp scampi,” said Brian Volk-Weiss, CEO of The Nacelle Company.

She has made television appearances on TBS’s People of Earth, Amazon’s Transparent, Comedy Central’s Inside Amy Schumer and has appeared in the features Yoga Hosers, Sleight and Deidra & Laney Rob a Train. She also serves as ACLU’s celebrity ambassador for women’s rights.
