Downtown Music Publishing is thrilled that its writers and partners were recognized by the Recording Academy and the wider industry at last night's 2017 GRAMMY Awards. Downtown's clients won Grammys in six separate categories, from Sturgill Simpson ("Best Country Album)" to Big Yellow Dog's Maren Morris ("Best Country Solo Performance").
The awards cap off a big week for Downtown that saw them open their first office in Japan and sign a global deal with Naughty Boy (Sam Smith, Emile Sandé).
