Known as the world’s top bourbon tastemaker and a multihyphenate, Fred Minnick has brought the tradition of bourbon and whiskey to the forefront of pop culture via his award winning Fred Minnick Show, bestselling books and annual Super Bowl Week event. Announced last month, this year’s event, Fred Minnick Live Presented By The New Orleans Bourbon Festival, takes place Friday, February 7th at the New Orleans Marriott Warehouse Arts District Hotel ahead of the Big Game.
Today (1.28), Minnick announces additional special guests and full programming for the one-of-a-kind event. In addition to performances by multi-PLATINUM-selling country artist Dierks Bentley and singer-songwriter Dani Rose, NFL legend and Fox NFL Sunday co-host Terry Bradshaw, retired 5x Pro Bowler, 4x All Pro NFL player Jared Allen, actors Ian Somerhalder (Vampire Diaries) and Rob McElhenney (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia), and the world’s No. 1 female sports betting influencer Amanda Vance. Here’s what to expect:
A toast with Terry Bradshaw:
Bradshaw will open the event alongside host Minnick with a toast and live Q&A. Guests will be greeted with the event’s official cocktail, the Whiskey Mile, featuring Bentley’s Row 94 Whiskey and designed by celebrity bartender and mixologist Tiffanie Barriere (Netflix Drink Masters and ASCOT Awards judge).
Performances + Live taping of The Fred Minnick Show:
followed by Bentley’s acoustic performance and live Fred Minnick Show interviews featuring the event’s special guests. Rose will close the evening with an acoustic performance following the live Fred Minnick Show tapings.

In addition to the Whiskey Mile cocktail, Platinum Ticket guests will get to taste premium bourbon including Weller Millennium, George T. Meleck, and the official garnish is provided by CR Citrus. Every ticket holder will receive the Viski Raye Heavy Base Crystal Whiskey Tasting Glass.
A distiller roundtable discussion will round out the night that also includes fine fare, such as a whole pig to be served throughout the night.
The cause:
A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit Raising Spirit Society’s Task Force Pelican, an initiative to help combat veterans recover from trauma through the power of food, cooking, and tasting experiences. As an Iraq War veteran, this is a cause close to Minnick.
