April 14, 2022---From Day One---the Brooklyn-based, corporate-values conference series and media platform---returns to present a full slate of in-person and virtual events this year. Uniting executives across the fields of human resources, corporate social responsibility, marketing, and communications, the conferences and webinars promote idea generation from business and civic leaders, authors, and journalists in resonant and timely discussions of the workplace and its larger role.

From Day One's flagship, day-long conference event, Workers and the Corporate Values Revolution, is set for New York's Brooklyn Museum on Tues., May 24. The program's speakers include New York Times columnist David Gelles (author of the forthcoming "The Man Who Broke Capitalism"), Laurie Rebholz (Citi), Bryan Walsh (Vox), Matthew Trent (L'Oréal), Emma Mon (Jones Lang LaSalle),  Rapti Khurana (NFL), Rebecca Romano (NBCUniversal), Robert Johnson (DoorDash), Carrington Carter (TIAA), Judith Harrison (Weber Shandwick). The conference will focus on such topics as creating equity in a hybrid workplace, balancing productivity with well-being, developing diversity in leadership, and supporting working parents. It explores the timely question of how companies can stay true to their core values while making enormous changes. To register, visit https://www.fromdayone.co/conferences/2022-brooklyn/

"We launched From Day One in 2018 as events were about to  radically change workplaces everywhere. The pandemic, the racial-justice reckoning, and the outbreak of worker dissatisfaction have  led to deep examinations of how, where, and why we work, our expectations of our employers, and a company's broader social responsibilities. Those questions are still under hot debate. We're excited to gather again with a range of notable thought leaders and company executives to explore work-related topics and innovative ideas that put people first," said Stephen Koepp, From Day One Co-Founder & Chief Content Officer.

The Brooklyn event on May 24 is one of many gatherings From Day One is hosting in more than a dozen cities across the U.S. this year. In each location, Workers and the Corporate Values Revolution will bring together a unique line-up of business leaders to share strategies for prioritizing worker well-being and social impact in the current moment. The conference will also be presented in Washington, D.C. (May 10), Silicon Valley (June 14), Denver (June 22), San Francisco (Sept. 13), Dallas (Oct. 4), Austin (Oct. 26), Miami (Nov. 15), and Los Angeles (Dec. 13). Earlier in 2022, versions of the conference were also held in Seattle, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, and Boston. Information on guest speakers in each location is available at www.fromdayone.co/conferences/2022

From Day One is also offering a slate of more than 50 topical webinars and 13 virtual conferences in 2022. Webinar topics include power & equity, mental health at work, and nurturing talent. Monthly virtual conferences, each with its own timely theme, include "New Voices: Bringing a More Inclusive Approach to Diversity" and "Managing the Human Impact of Digital Transformation." Virtual conferences are half-day events that feature speakers from companies including Google, the Coca-Cola Co., Kraft Heinz, and NASA.

Founded in 2018 as a partnership of three entrepreneurs—veteran events executive Erin Sauter, digital strategist Nick Baily, and journalist and former Fortune and Time editor Steve Koepp—From Day One has grown substantially. By 2019 its acclaimed conferences expanded nationwide following early success in Chicago and San Francisco. From Day One's leaders are credited with providing public platforms where major corporate executives, including Fortune 500 representatives, address contemporary workplace issues and thought leaders across fields  share ideas for progress. The conversations at From Day One events have been led by top journalists from respected outlets such as CNBC, Bloomberg, Harvard Business Review, TIME, Fortune, Fast Company, the New York Times, the Boston Globe and the Los Angeles Times. From Day One also serves its professional community by providing attendees with recertification for SHRM and HRCI.
