"This will be a seismic gathering of the greatest minds of our generation. People who make music, post selfies, act, think they are funny, the media elite, and most of all look hot will all gather in one room in Manhattan to receive awards based on merit and high achievement from a podcast that they may or may not even listen to. We will have several surprise guests standing in with our all-star house band led by Brad Cook, so if nothing else, you get to see one of your faves play a few songs," said Chris Black and Jason Stewart, hosts of How Long Gone

Talkhouse founder Ian Wheeler added, "To our knowledge, this is the first and only cultural awards show presented by a podcast, and we're very proud of that. We're also really excited to get Chris and Jason and all of their friends in front of a step-and-repeat for the very first time."
