Last week, we honored World Mental Health Day (10.10), a time to bring light to the unseen battles that people worldwide go through on a daily basis. Country music sibling trio Track45 is passionate about mental health struggles, and it works to raise awareness through its music and charitable initiatives.

The Track45 siblings share their mental health journeys and more with PEOPLE, here:

  • During Suicide Prevention Week, the band released its "stirring ballad" (Billboard) "When I Grow Up" (9.15). Watch its exclusive performance of the song for Billboard, here:
  • The band's Ben Johnson co-founded the Mental Health Initiative, which takes active steps to remove societal and financial barriers to mental healthcare access. See more on the organization, here:
  • On Thurs., Oct. 26, Track45 is hosting the Healing Through Songs benefit concert with performances from Lauren AlainaConner Smith and more. The show will take place at Franklin, TN's Battle Ground Academy, which is where the band filmed the video for "When I Grow Up," and all proceeds benefit the Mental Health Initiative.
