Jewel Announces “Lullaby Club” Series For Mental Health Awareness Month

Four-Week Series Kicks Off This Sunday (May 4) And Culminates On May 25 With A Special Event In Las Vegas, Home Of Jewel’s Inspiring Children Foundation

April 30, 2025 -- In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, multi-platinum singer-songwriter Jewel, her Inspiring Children Foundation, and the #NotAloneChallenge have announced the launch of “Jewel’s Lullaby Club,” a special four-week series inspired by Jewel’s iconic Lullaby album. Originally created to manage her own stress and anxiety, and to soothe her son to sleep, Jewel’s Lullaby was released in 2009 and has since become a powerful tool for calming the nervous system for listeners of all ages. It’s one of Jewel’s best-selling albums.

Kicking off this Sunday (May 4), the series will stream live on Jewel’s Instagram at 2:30PM PT. The first three Sundays of May will feature Jewel’s personal insights as well as advice from mental health experts and public figures focused on managing stress, anxiety, and the importance of self-care for both parents and children. The series will culminate with a special community event on Sunday, May 25 in Las Vegas, the home of Jewel’s Inspiring Children Foundation. The series is designed to engage individuals of all ages in open conversations about mental health, emotional well-being, and the healing power of music.

Lullaby has always been incredibly close to my heart as I wrote it to help me with my own anxiety,” says Jewel. “I’ve been so moved by the stories of how this music has touched other people’s lives and helped them relax, from new moms to college students cramming for exams, to CEO’s who use it to unwind after an intense day. With stress at an all time high in people’s lives, I've created this series to bring people together for important conversations around mental wellness during Mental Health Awareness Month. I hope you’ll join us.”
