Nala Sinephro Announces New Album Endlessness, Out September 6 Via Warp Records

Makes U.S. Performance Debut With Sold Out Shows In Chicago (Pitchfork Festival + After Show Concert July 21), Los Angeles (Hollywood Forever July 25) And New York (St. Ann & The Holy Trinity July 27)

Nala Sinephro has today announced that her much anticipated new album, Endlessness, will be released September 6 on Warp Records.

Endlessness is a deep dive into the cycle of existence. The 45-minute album delicately spans 10 tracks with a continuous arpeggio playing throughout, creating an expansive, mesmerising celebration of life cycles and rebirth. Following Sinephro’s critically acclaimed 2021 debut album Space 1.8Endlessness further elevates her as a transcendent and multi-dimensional composer, beautifully morphing jazz, orchestral, and electronic music.

The album was composed, produced, arranged, and engineered by Sinephro. Performing on the album are Sheila Maurice-Grey, Morgan Simpson, James Mollison, Lyle Barton, Nubya Garcia, Natcyet Wakili, and Dwayne Kilvington, joined by Orchestrate’s 21 string players.

Sinephro will make her U.S. performance debut in July, with upcoming sold out concerts in Chicago, LA and New York.  See below for the full itinerary. Sinephro also recently announced that she will perform at London's Barbican Hall on 18 October.

The album will be available on black 2LP vinyl with d-side etching as well as CD.

Praise for Space 1.8:

"An ambient jazz classic"

The Guardian

"A benchmark in ambient jazz featuring outstanding players and delicately woven arrangements"

8.3 ‘Best New Music’ Pitchfork

"Sinephro's spaces not only feel full of life, they're built with the very sounds of it, too, reminding us not to take it for granted"

Resident Advisor ‘RA Recommends’

"Music so vast could feel lonely, but the sense of smallness one feels listening to Nala’s music is humbling and reassuring; the magnitudes of beauty we can create are unbound"

Jazzwise

"What sticks with Space 1.8 is the focus of its vision: precise like mathematics but imbued with a rich cosmic breadth"

9/10 Uncut

"Very few records have this capacity to make you temporarily fearless, but on Space 1.8, Sinephro harnesses the power of sound to move and heal the listener in ways that are real, and expansive"

9/10 Loud and Quiet

"A joyous and deeply restorative debut album"

The Observer ‘One To Watch’

"Nala Sinephro's debut album exists inn the wider universe, a milky way of keys, harp strings, saxophone and modular synth"
