NY Times, Takeaway, And WNYC Soundcheck Hail 'My Name Is New York: Ramblin' Around Woody Guthrie's Town'

This week's release of 'My Name Is New York,' the audio tour that introduces listeners to Woody Guthrie’s NYC haunts and the deep connection he shared with the city he lived in for 27 years, has swept New York City by storm. The set was featured on the cover of the The New York Times "Weekend" section Friday - with an online video to several of the destinations - and discussed in a full page piece in The New York Post, on NPR The Takeaway, and most recently on WNYC Soundcheck just this afternoon.

The collection's release marks just the beginning of Woody's New York story being told, with additional events coming later this fall, including a special program at the Brooklyn Historical Society (more details TBA).
