Fresh off winning Best Male Vocalist of 2013 honors from the Milwaukee Shepherd Express, Milwaukee legend Paul Cebar and his band Tomorrow Sound will hit the road in January to kick off their winter tour supporting their new album, 'Fine Rude Thing' (out Jan 14). Check out lead single "You Owe It To You" via American Songwriter, and see below for full dates: http://shorefi.re/1gDDuXt
Cebar, a true songwriter's songwriter who counts Nick Lowe, Bonnie Raitt, Joe Ely, John Hiatt, and Los Lobos among his many fans, crafts music that takes cues from the dance bands of western Louisiana (and his native Midwest), the streets (and 45’s) of New Orleans, and the soul/funk/blues of his youth. For more than twenty years, he's also hosted 'Way Back Home,' one of the longest-running and most beloved shows on Milwaukee's WMSE. The show presents an incredibly eclectic mix of the deepest soul and vintage R&B music, plus Brazilian, Cuban, African, classic ska, reggae, and singer songwriters drawn from his vast, one-of-a-kind vinyl collection.
