(New York, NY – September 18, 2026)  Theater-pop visionary RAEGAN releases RAEGAN CORE today, a vibrant, wildly theatrical new EP and her most fully realized artistic statement to date. The project is a dazzling collision of Broadway-scale emotion, pop spectacle, burlesque glamour, and deeply personal storytelling; a love letter to outsiders, theater kids, pop lovers, and anyone who has ever been told to tone it down, only to turn it up louder.

At its center, RAEGAN CORE is exactly what its title promises: RAEGAN in her purest sonic form. Campy, dramatic, vulnerable, and impossible to look away from, the EP finds the singer, songwriter, producer, actor, and dancer building a world entirely her own. Across six songs, she moves between satire and sincerity, fantasy and heartbreak, grandeur and grit, each lyric another scene in a larger one-woman production.

“This project is my manifesto,” stated RAEGAN. “It’s a safe space to be loud, dramatic, quirky, and unapologetically myself. Every track that makes up this EP is a different variation of what Theatrical Pop can mean and sound like. I put every part of myself in these songs.”

The title track, “RAEGAN CORE,” is a campy, maximalist mission statement, a sonic introduction to the artist and the universe she is creating. On “THE ANGEL OF LOS ANGELES,” written between Los Angeles and New York, she leans into a sexy, exciting pop-burlesque spectacle. “IT’S SO HARD TO BE ME” delivers her Disney-princess arc, transforming playful satire about being desirable into a full-scale Broadway vocal showcase.

BALLAD OF A PRESCHOOL DROPOUT (co written by Bonnie McKee) explores ambition and insecurity in equal measure, reflecting on never feeling like the smartest person in school while holding fast to an instinctive belief that she was meant to be a star. On “LONGING & LAMENT,” a dramatic and chaotic pop anthem written as a love letter to her girlfriend, RAEGAN moves from earnest declarations to sharp, larger-than-life pop-star wit.

Previously released single “CRYING IS A GIRL’S BEST FRIEND” finds RAEGAN turning heartbreak into self-devotion. Sweeping, emotionally explosive, and built for the final act, the song reframes tears as a return to oneself. It’s an emotional climax where everything breaks open and somehow becomes beautiful.

The release arrives following a breakout year for RAEGAN, whose singular blend of theater, alternative pop, camp, and raw emotional honesty has quickly made her one of pop’s most compelling new voices. Her GRAMMY.com ReImagined performance of SZA’s “Kill Bill,” LADYGUNN feature and photoshoot, her recent Office Magazine spotlight have cemented her reputation as an artist whose work is meant to be seen as much as heard, and was included in HIT’s Q2 New & Developing Artists roundup alongside Miles Caton, Julia Wolf, Suki Waterhouse, CMAT, and others. Her Step To The Mike collaboration has generated more than 19.5 million views across platforms, while she has surpassed 4 million global streams and 2 million music-video views.

RAEGAN will bring the EP’s world directly to audiences this fall with her first-ever headline run, RAEGAN CORE LIVE, stopping in Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York. Known for performances that blur the line between concert, musical, and performance art, she is ready to make this chapter her most immersive yet.

This is not simply an EP. It’s an overture to the world of RAEGAN CORE.

ABOUT RAEGAN

RAEGAN is a 24-year-old pop artist whose work exists at the intersection of Broadway drama, pop spectacle, and raw personal storytelling. A singer, songwriter, producer, actor, and dancer, she creates fully realized theatrical universes where glitter meets grit and heartbreak collides with satire. Every song is a scene in her one-woman show.

Her viral debut “TIM BURTON” introduced her as a gothic anti-heroine, earning more than one million likes on TikTok and igniting a cult following. She followed with her debut EP FCK RAEGAN*, a chaotic and emotionally charged body of work blending theatre, alt-pop, and camp. With RAEGAN CORE, she continues to build a genre of her own: musical theatre pop.

It’s big. It’s strange. It’s heart-wrenching. And it’s undeniably hers.
