Randy Rogers Presents: Grand Opening of ChopShop Live on Saturday, July 14, in Roanoke, TX

Randy Rogers Band frontman Randy Rogers has partnered with Rock Libations, formed by independent Restaurant pioneers Josh Babb and Sean Clavir, for ChopShop Live -- the first restaurant, bar and worldwide club of its kind in Roanoke, TX. To celebrate the venue's grand opening, Rogers will present a concert on Saturday, July 14, at 5 PM CST featuring a fellow Texan.

The venue will have the versatility to host intimate shows with audiences ranging from 250-1200 fans, all dependent on the venue set up, and the menu and overall vibe will have a similar feel to the current ChopShop in Carrolton chopshopsportsgarage.com.

Roanoke is a small town that sits roughly 25 minutes outside of both Dallas and Ft. Worth near the Texas Motor Speedway, allowing the venue to serve both major cities and be a part of a growing community that holds much historical significance.

"Randy & I have been dear friends for years, and when I told him about this project he immediately asked how he could be involved," co-owner, entrepreneur Joshua Babb says. "Having Randy's expertise to guide us along our first music venue has already proven to be invaluable. Both Sean and myself are so grateful to have him on board."

GFF Architects' Levi Hooten has designed a unique space with a modern atheistic and many curves, welcoming movement and innovative, eclectic music. As you travel through the restaurant, a rustic outdoor area boasts unique salvage yard pieces from around the U.S., accompanied by picnic tables and individually themed shipping containers that turn into private suites for groups of 12 or more. ChopShop Live's menu will feature a scratch kitchen serving family friendly new American cuisine.

Rock Libations and Rogers are combining strengths to deliver a one-of-a-kind restaurant, venue and event space with diverse functionality. In addition to ChopShop Sports Garage in Carrolton, Rock Libations owns & operates Musume in downtown Dallas' Hall Arts District, Shooters in Victory Park, and Prohibition Chicken in old town Lewisville.

For more than fifteen years, Randy Rogers has been the lead singer of the Randy Rogers Band, one of the biggest names in the hard-ticket touring circuit, and in preparation of the release of its ninth studio album -- produced by the GRAMMY-winning Dave Cobb -- this fall. Outside of his time in the studio, he is an owner and partner of numerous projects, including his artist management company Big Blind Management, music venues including the legendary Cheatham St. Warehouse and New Braunfels' Whitewater Amphitheater, plus the Cleburne Rail Roaders baseball team and River Rose Boutique.
