(New York, NY): Relix has just announced a new set of panels and speakers for this year’s Relix Live Music Conference on Tuesday, May 8th, and Wednesday, May 9th at Brooklyn Bowl.

The newly announced panels and presentations cover live-streaming, talent buying, activism and agenting, and feature a wide array of music industry veterans including: Ted Kartzman (YouTube and Google Play Music), Johnny Beach (Bowery Presents), Darren Pfeffer (Madison Square Garden Company), Cameron Smith (HUB Entertainment Insurance), Brendan Sheehan (Mr. B’s), Scott Owens (DoStuff Media) and Jon Bahr (CD Baby) among others.

Previously announced panels include “Restoring A Rock Palace”; “Touring and Album Cycle: Portugal. The Man”; “A Conversation with Don Was and David Fricke”; “Sponsorship”; “Parks & Rec”; and “Case Study: Superfly.” Full schedule is below.

The Relix Live Music Conference is for professionals in the live music industry, designed to shed light on the fast-paced and ever-changing live music business and bring together the leading figures in the industry today.

Coming off a sold-out inaugural year in 2017, this year the conference has expanded to two days featuring panels and discussions that touch on subjects across the live music business. The conference also provides ample opportunity for networking, discussion and education from leaders in the industry.

Relix has remained a constant for over 40 years covering live music and fostering deep relationships with artists, managers, agents, publicists, venues, and festivals. The Relix Live Music Conference serves as a coming together of all the pieces and people that help bring a live show to life.
