Tuesday, May 7 (Bentonville, Arkansas) — Today, the Momentary announced two new concerts for its 2024 Live on the Green series: TLC & Shaggy on September 6 and Patti LaBelle & Gladys Knight on September 13.

Following their recent Hot Summer Nights Tour, multi-GRAMMY Award winning, best-selling American girl group of all-time TLC, and multi-GRAMMY Award winning Jamaican artist Shaggy are joining forces once again to bring a night of beloved hits to the Momentary Green. The unforgettable performance will take place on September 6.

On September 13, multi-GRAMMY Award winning artists Patti LaBelle and Gladys Knight are set to grace the stage together for a soul-stirring evening of classic hits. After years of incredible success, the duo will transport guests through decades of legendary music, delivering their timeless hits and cherished classics.

The Momentary’s 2024 Live on the Green series kicked off on April 23 with an electric performance by multi-GRAMMY and Oscar winner Jon Batiste, which included a surprise performance with multi-platinum singer-songwriter Jewel. Next up is a special solo performance from 12-time GRAMMY winner John Legend (June 1).

Still to come this year are performances by Portugal. The Man (July 6), Nitty Gritty Dirt Band (July 14), Lake Street Dive (July 17), deadmau5 (August 24), Gary Clark Jr. (September 7), and Kaskade (September 27). More acts will be announced in the coming weeks, as the Momentary aims to have 14 concerts this year, more than double the number of Live on the Green shows in 2023.

Since 2022, Live on the Green has hosted a variety of notable artists, including Grammy-Award winning hip-hop pioneers The Roots, legendary country performers Lyle Lovett and John Hiatt, indie pop sensation Japanese Breakfast, Grammy Award-winning rock band Wilco, and one of the most influential hip-hop groups of all time, Wu-Tang Clan. With a wide range of food vendors, the series also supports local businesses while promoting Bentonville’s consistently growing arts and food communities.

In addition to Live on the Green, the Momentary is also home to a robust indoor music series and FreshGrass|Bentonville, which returns May 17-18 with performances by Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Trampled by Turtles, Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, Valerie June, and more. After undergoing an extensiverefresh in 2023, the space will only continue to ramp up its offerings – in addition to live music, community members can enjoy a consistent selection of artist talks, DJ sets, dance parties, cocktail demos, and more.

Tickets for all Live on the Green shows can be purchased at the Momentary website, which also has the most up to date information on future concert announcements. Members of the Momentary and students receive special prices for select shows.
