The Record Company have released "The Movie Song," the latest offering from their forthcoming album 'All Of This Life,' out 6/22 on Concord Records. Along with the track, the band has shared a lyric video showcasing found footage from their time on the road. Watch and feel free to share.
The new song comes on the heels of lead single "Life To Fix," which just this week hit #2 at AAA radio and #3 at Americana radio. "Life To Fix" is one of the fastest rising AAA hits of the year, opening in the top 15 and cracking the top 5 after just three weeks in rotation. NPR Music said "Life To Fix" "takes off like a supersonic jet blowing wildly through theuniverse of rock," declaring Vos "slays into the groove with inspiration," and Rolling Stone added it "isn't so much a return to form as it is taking that form to a big new level." Listen to "Life To Fix".
The trio of LA-based hometown heroes got their start after a chance meeting on Craigslist. Soon after, Vos, bassist Alex Stiff and drummer Marc Cazorla cut their 2016 debut album 'Give It Back To You' on thrifted instruments in Stiff's living room. That album would later yield 3 top 5 AAA charting singles and a Grammy nomination.
The Record Company will hit the road this fall, when they will headline their largest venues to date. Full tour routing below.
