Norway’s Thomas Dybdahl is about to embark on his first U.S. tour in 3 years. It will begin with a run of special guest dates with Lera Lynn on January 19, including a co-bill at The Troubadour in Los Angeles on January 25. Thomas will then headline a run of solo shows from Chicago to the East Coast, ending in NYC on February 7 at Joe’s Pub as part of a series of concerts curated by Judy Collins. Thomas is touring on the heels of the release of ‘All These Things’ (V2), which has been met with raves.
‘All These Things’ was produced by Larry Klein, who has been nominated for a Producer Of The Year GRAMMY, in part for his work on Thomas’ album (specifically the songs “All These Things,” “Can I Have It All,” and “Look At What We’ve Done”). Thomas and Larry have previously collaborated on both of Dybdahl’s U.S. releases: 2011’s ‘Songs’ compilation (released on Klein’s Strange Cargo label) and 2013’s ‘What’s Left Is Forever.’
