Dave Helem: D.J. The Chicago Kid - Release Date: March 23rd

DJ the Chicago Kid, taped during a pandemic at the historic Rose Bowl in Pasadena, is an hour-long roller coaster of things that have made Dave Helem who he is, both good and bad. The comedian and former math teacher’s laid back style of storytelling and vivid imagination takes us on a journey of topics that range from his glory days in the classroom, how protesting doesn’t look the same for everyone, and why he won’t go back to Canada. This debut album is one not to be missed.

Dave Helem is a stand-up comedian, writer, and actor from Chicago, Illinois. Returning home after graduating from Morehouse College, Dave started his career teaching high school on Chicago’s south side and quickly learned that was not his calling. Deciding to give comedy a try, Dave quickly ascended the comedy ladder and found himself opening for Tracy Morgan and Doug Stanhope, and then later going on tour to numerous cities with Hannibal Buress and Tony Rock.

"I was feeling all types of emotion knowing that I was going to be doing an hour of stand up at a time when I hadn't really been on stage in months due to the pandemic. I was nervous about that, but once I got on stage, it felt like riding a bike, and I was immediately taken back to my comfort zone of stand up comedy. I loved every minute of it,” said Dave Helem.

Ester Steinberg: Burning Bush - Release Date: March 30th

In her postpartum pandemic special, comedian Ester Steinberg jokes about a risqué photoshoot and a wild bachelorette weekend, and shares stories from her first year of marriage, and giving birth in the epicenter of a global pandemic.

Ester Steinberg is a comedian, actress, and writer based in New York. She hosts a weekly podcast, “Stand Up Mom,” and is a cast member of Scary Mommy’s Up Early Tonight on Hulu. She released her debut album "Hebrew School Dropout" in 2018 and in 2019 toured the country performing "Ester and Eric's One Woman Show,” which was selected as one of the New York Comedy Festival’s shows to watch.

“I was six weeks postpartum when we shot the special and to answer your follow up question, yes I was wearing two pairs of Spanx. I am so excited to share this special with the world but especially moms in the pandemic who I assure you are desperate for a laugh,” said Ester Steinberg.

Daniel Webb: Hoe ’s Parade Live at the Rose Bowl - Release Date: April 6th

In Hoe's Parade, Daniel Webb brings queer comedy, piano magic and a stunning head of hair to the Rose Bowl stage. Hoe's Parade is a celebration of life, where Daniel proudly makes world history as the first queer gay man to perform stand up comedy live at the Rose Bowl.
