NYC-based singer/songwriter Risa Binder's captivating ode to the fragility of love, "Paper Heart," is a highlight off her debut album of the same name and has recently caught the ear of American Songwriter.

Out on Valentine's Day and produced by Marshall Altman (Natasha Bedingfield), 'Paper Heart' sounds like the soundtrack to your favorite romantic comedy. 

"We were talking about how delicate the heart is and how we literally give our hearts over to the person we're in a relationship with," explains Binder about the title track. "The person we choose to love writes their story on our hearts and we are forever changed."

"That's my paper, write on it whatever. That's my paper heart," Binder sings.
