Thursday, August 27th – Today, independent label Vitalize Records, founded by Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree Steff Agathis, announces the signing of rising pop artist and Vanderpump Rules star Natalie Maguire to a four-single debut EP deal.
The forthcoming project will be A&R’d by Tay James, best known as Justin Bieber’s official DJ, and produced and co-written by acclaimed producer, singer and songwriter HARV, whose credits include Justin Bieber, Skrillex, Summer Walker, Normani, Post Malone, Gucci Mane, Eminem and more.
The signing marks a new chapter for Maguire as she further establishes herself as a recording artist. Working closely with Agathis, James and HARV, Maguire’s four forthcoming singles will comprise her debut EP with Vitalize Records, with additional details surrounding the project to be announced soon.

I wanted this project to feel intentional from start to finish, and choosing Vitalize Records was a huge part of that. Having my manager, Steff Agathis, lead Vitalize and be so hands-on throughout the entire process made the decision feel incredibly natural. She knows me as an artist and as a person, and having someone who genuinely believes in the project and is willing to build it from the ground up means everything to me. Maguire first built her career as an actress and television personality, with credits including Perfume & Guns, Netflix’s Insatiable, The Black Boy Who Thought He Had It All, Fear Street Part One: 1994 and Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret.,before joining Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules after working at Lisa Vanderpump’s SUR Restaurant. In 2026, she expanded into music with the release of her debut single “Passenger,” followed by “Kiss Me While I Cry,” which gained traction online, including a TMZ clip that surpassed 670K views on Instagram. Her releases led to appearances on podcasts including Detox Retox, Spouts, Buzz Ent and Girl Talk, among others, and she was recently recognized by HITS Daily Double as a New & Developing Artist.
Maguire joins Coleman Rowe and Mia Hayward on Vitalize Records’ growing roster. Launched earlier this year with distribution via Vydia, the independent label builds on the artist-first approach of Agathis’ full-service entertainment management company, Vitalize Projects, with a focus on A&R, creative direction, marketing strategy, and hands-on artist development.
