WATCH: Meghan Patrick's heart-wrenching video for "Ours"

ICYMI: On Friday (3.10), 18x CMA Ontario and back-to-back CCMA Female Artist Of The Year winner Meghan Patrick released her blistering new breakup track “Ours” via Riser House Records, premiering the heart-wrenching video for the track on Friday evening.

Directed by Ford Fairchild, the emotional video finds Patrick sitting across the bar from her former lover, watching him relive the moments they once shared with a new flame — echoes from the past that are now painful to Patrick. As she sips her whiskey, she contemplates these memories, wondering if she can ever call them her own anymore.

“Any time I get to collaborate with my director Ford Fairchild, it is always a great day,” says Patrick. “His energy and creativity is so infectious. This video will also always hold a special place in my heart because it was the day I got the call from Terri Clark to say I was going to make my Opry debut.”

“Ours” arrives on the heels of the announcement that Patrick will make her Grand Ole Opry debut on Tuesday, April 11th – news which was delivered to the country spitfire from Opry member Terri Clark, while on the set of the “Ours” video shoot (watch the touching moment here).
