Makenzie Stokel

Makenzie Stokel is the COO and Co-Founder of EVA, an innovative platform that streamlines the process of booking entertainment for events. With a music business and entrepreneurship degree from Belmont University, Makenzie is dedicated to transforming the music industry through technology. Makenzie has a keen eye for talent and is passionate about creating paid performance opportunities for artists. In 2023, Makenzie made the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in Austin. She has been recognized for her entrepreneurial achievements, having been recognized as a leader in the Austin community at the Austin Under 40 Awards, and won the Young Entrepreneur of the Year NEXT Award. Makenzie's expertise and passion, coupled with her strong business acumen, have been instrumental in the success of EVA. As a co-founder, Makenzie has developed and executed EVA’s strategic plans, and her leadership has helped drive the company's growth and expansion.

 

Channing Moreland

Channing Moreland is an entertainment strategist who partners with corporations and brands to provide them with direct access to curated talent and experiences. After producing over 90 events, booking hundreds of acts, and negotiating major festival partnership agreements in her early career, Channing recognized the necessity of seamless communication, logistics, and access to talent. Channing co-founded EVA, a platform that streamlines connecting events with vetted entertainment. EVA has grown to service 7 cities across the U.S. and has brought over $4M in income to entertainers so far. 

Channing has raised a total of $5M for EVA and other companies. A trailblazer in music and entertainment and passionate about women in the music industry, Channing helped launch Safe Spaces, an initiative with international non-profit, Women in Music,  in April of 2024, focusing on ending sexual harassment and abuse in the music industry.

Channing's work has been featured in Forbes, Nashville Business Journal, The Tennessean, Meetings + Events, and more. She actively collaborates with clients across The Americas and was awarded Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the NEXT Awards in Middle TN.

Channing holds a Bachelor of Science in Songwriting and a minor in Entrepreneurship from Belmont University.
