Fawns are not a toy that can speak, nor a typical cartoon; they are living beings on a mission to help us build the connection to our friends and family we need to live a fulfilling life.

Hollywood has long pursued this dream, telling stories that reveal our humanity, but films can't extend linear stories into the messy real world.
