Andrew Tenenbaum is a co-founder and the CFO of One More Time VIP and the CEO of Creative Management & Productions (CMP), and a veteran entertainment executive with over three decades of experience in the industry. Under his leadership, CMP represents a diverse array of creative talent, producers, and rights holders across film, television, comedy, music, live performance, and new media. Andrew has collaborated with renowned clients such as comedians Billy Crystal and Chonda Pierce; producers Nigel Lythgoe and Larry Brezner; and the estates of iconic artists Elvis Presley, Frank Zappa, and Marvin Gaye, helping negotiate talent and production deals and advising rights holders on strategic asset deployment in the evolving entertainment landscape.

Beyond talent management, Andrew is a successful entrepreneur, having founded and invested in several successful start-up entertainment ventures. In 2012, he co-founded Future Beat, a market-leading provider of VIP and meet and greet premium ticketing packages for artists and their fans on concert tours worldwide. Andrew quickly established the company as a dominant force in the VIP experience space, working with some of the world’s largest touring acts including KISS, Fleetwood Mac, Aerosmith, Kendrick Lamar, Linkin Park, and many more. By the time of Future Beat’s acquisition by On Location and later Endeavor, the company had provided VIP packages on an industry-leading 750+ tours around the globe. In 2024, Andrew founded Dreamcatcher Events, producing and promoting unique, once-in-a-lifetime rock and roll camp experiences with legendary musicians such as Steve Vai, Steve Earle, Todd Rundgren, Joe Satriani, and more. He also founded Meta Touring, a production and promotion company of live tours for digital content creators.

In 2023, Andrew co-founded One More Time VIP, quickly re-establishing market leadership in the VIP concert experience sector, producing VIP programs for over 250 tours in just its first year, including Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Cancelled Podcast, John Fogerty, Cheap Trick, Counting Crows, Flo Milli and more. 2025 looks to be a massive year for Andrew and One More Time, with VIP programs planned for over 350 tours, including Teddy Swims, Zayn, Wu-Tang Clan, and many more world-renowned touring acts.
