Banner Year for Silver Lake's Rockabye Baby! Series

With over 80 releases to date, Rockabye Baby wraps up another successful year of transforming adult-favorite tunes into kid-friendly lullabies. Entering its second decade, Rockabye Baby produced seven more lullaby renditions for its genre-spanning roster, adding Beyoncé and music from 'Hamilton' to its repertoire. 2017 also marked a milestone for Rockabye Baby, with two single artist releases debuting on the Billboard Kid Albums chart.

This year, Rockabye Baby releases amassed praise from Billboard, Entertainment Weekly, NPR Music, HuffPost, Family Circle, Music Connection, Pitchfork, Washington Post, and more.

Here's what happened in 2017:

- Rockabye Baby released Lullaby Renditions of Beyoncé, Hamilton (two EPs and a full-length CD), The Doors, Justin Timberlake, Smokey Robinson, and Bruno Mars.

- CMH started the year in serendipitous fashion with the release of 'Lullaby Renditions of Beyoncé' amidst the pop star's iconic Instagram pregnancy announcement.

- Rockabye Baby released lullaby versions of the Tony-award winning musical 'Hamilton" to high praise from fans and critics alike, leading to a follow-up EP later in the year, covering a total of 15 songs over two EPs. Both releases were collected on a single CD at the end of the year.

- For Record Store Day 2017, Rockabye Baby released a vinyl version of 'Lullaby Renditions of The Doors' which debuted at No. 25 on the Billboard Kid Albums chart.

- 'Lullaby Renditions of Justin Timberlake' peaked on the Billboard Kid Albums chart at No. 7.
