This year, Mandolin earned the title of Fast Company’s #1 Most Innovative Music Company by proving the power of data, analytics, and machine learning for the music industry. A pioneer in the music-tech space since its founding in 2020 by veterans of companies such as SalesForce and Live Nation, Mandolin has continued its mission to connect artists directly to their fans with the launches of Fan Navigator (the music industry’s first all in-in-one data unification and recommendation platform) and the Venue and Promoter Network (a turnkey system for artists to link and livestream with venues and promoters within Mandolin’s network), the presentation of 2,400 shows and digital experiences, and more.
Since the summer, Mandolin’s marquis new product, Fan Navigator, has been helping artists understand their fans in order to grow their brands and businesses in quantifiable ways. From 50,000-monthly-Spotify-listeners to stadium level artists, and even “institutional” clients such as management companies and record labels, in just six months, those who have signed up with Fan Navigator have increased ticket sales by up to 12%, grown the size of their Fan Universes (Fan Navigator’s holistic view of an artist’s fan base) by up to 11%, and more.

Beyond Fan Navigator, this year Mandolin also earned another Billboard Power List title (Women in Music Executives for CEO Mary Kay Huse) to add to its growing list of honors; hosted the nation’s largest virtual festival (#iVoted) as well as the prestigious Tibet House US event (Paul Simon, Cyndi Lauper, Stephen Colbert, etc) each for a second time; partnered with NIVA for their annual conference, and more.
