Maverick City Music Earns Six Finalist Nods Across Four Categories at 2022 Billboard Music Awards
On the Heels of GRAMMY Win + Historic Televised Performance
Congratulations to Maverick City Music, who are finalists across four categories at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards, with triple nods in one of them. They are finalists for the following awards (see below). This exciting news comes on the heels of the group’s GRAMMY win for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album and a historic performance, the first televised Christian/Gospel performance on the GRAMMYs in more than two decades.
The young pioneers that are Maverick City Music are about to embark on their “Kingdom” arena tour with gospel icon Kirk Franklin. This is the group’s largest tour of their career to date and is named after a forthcoming collab album with Kirk Franklin.
