Their promotions reflect Shore Fire’s commitment to cultivating internal talent.
Beginning his career at Shore Fire as an intern and joining the staff full-time in 2019, Ware has played a pivotal role in successful campaigns for an array of clients including Aloe Blacc, Black Pumas, Common, Chance The Rapper, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, Bilal, Raphael Saadiq, Alice Randall, Okayplayer and more. For Ware, the new position represents his fourth promotion since joining Shore Fire.
“Jerome’s journey has been inspiring to watch,” said Shore Fire President Matt Hanks. “From intern to Senior Account Executive, he has consistently brought thoughtfulness, warmth and a deep understanding of culture and media to his work. His leadership on high-impact campaigns and his commitment to championing diverse voices have made him an invaluable part of our team.”
