Summerfest Announces First Big 2013 Headliner Jason Aldean's Night Train tour Will Roll Into The Marcus Amphitheater On June 29

MILWAUKEE (November 12, 2012) – Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. officials are excited to announce the first major performer slated for Summerfest 2013. Jason Aldean will headline the Marcus Amphitheater on Saturday, June 29 with special guests Jake Owen and Thomas Rhett.

With more than seven million records sold and 10 #1 hits under his belt, CMA and ACM award winning entertainer Jason Aldean just released one of 2012's most buzzed about new albums, Night Train, which sold over 409,000 copies its first week. The album’s first single, “Take A Little Ride,” is the longest-running #1 country song of 2012, and its just-released second single, "The Only Way I Know" featuring Luke Bryan and Eric Church, is storming the radio charts. 

Tickets go on sale Friday, November 30 at 10:00 am and include Summerfest admission. Tickets can be purchased at the Summerfest Box Office, Ticketmaster Ticket Centers, Walmart stores, online at Ticketmaster.com and by phone at 1.800.745.3000 (live Ticketmaster Agent) or 1.866.448.7849 (“Ticketmaster Express” automated phone line). Patrons may also utilize “ticketfast” at Ticketmaster.com to print barcoded concert tickets from home. Convenience fees may be added to all purchases.

The Jason Aldean Pre-sale will run Thursday, November 29 from 10:00 am CST – 10:00 pm CST or until pre-sale inventory has been exhausted.

Summerfest 2013 will take place June 26 - 30 and July 2 - 7, from Noon until Midnight and will be closed Monday, July 1.
