He then shifted to artist management, where for the last decade he has guided the careers of artists including Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and Flatbush Zombies. In addition to management, Dick ran independent record labels for each artist, overseeing four albums that reached the top 10 on the Billboard 200 album chart. In his new role, he will continue to represent Flatbush Zombies as their agent for North America, among other artists. A graduate of Binghamton University, Dick has also served as an adjunct professor at Long Island University's Roc Nation School of Music, Sports and Entertainment. He is a member of the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music and served on the Founding Board of Advisors for the To Nashville, With Love Fund, created to help raise vital funds after the devastating March 2020 tornadoes that struck Middle Tennessee. Insogna graduated from the University of Georgia and earned his MBA from Belmont University. Rebecca Prochnik has extensive experience working across the independent music sector, helping to propel numerous underground artists into the broader market. He has since worked with music artists as a manager and A&R consultant, most recently leading the indie incubator and artist development company, All Season, where he advised labels, global distributors, and artist teams on growing Afro-music markets worldwide. Royale also co-founded the community-based ticketing platform TBA, a new model created to foster better dialogue between independent artists, creators, and venues through inclusive pricing with offer-based ticketing.
