Bob the Drag Queen And Purse First Studios Announcements

Bob the Drag Queen has been wearing all the creative hats and wigs this month. Returning to where it all began, he stopped by The Pit Stop, the RuPaul’s Drag Race after-show, to chat with Bianca Del Rio about the exciting Season 18 finale.

After being called out by multiple queens, including Trixie Mattel, Bob finally showed whether he truly has what it takes to complete the 30-minute makeup challenge, and of course, chaos ensued. Behind the scenes, Bob’s production company, Purse First Studios, has been popping off with its content. From podcasts featuring insightful discussions on world news and pop culture gossip to stand-up specials, they have it all covered.

Bob has also hit the road, performing his signature stand-up sets across the U.S., with more shows scheduled throughout North America and Europe for the rest of the year. Get excited, because multiple Pride Month celebrations have announced Bob as a guest. This summer is shaping up to be packed with Bob the Drag Queen, and he’s ready to party.

Bio

About Bob The Drag Queen:

Non-binary comic/actor Caldwell Tidicue, or “Bob The Drag Queen'' on your 'For You' page, describes himself as “hilarious, beautiful, talented and...humble.” We can credit Bob’s mother for his unabashed confidence that won him the title of “America’s Next Drag Superstar'' on season 8 of “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” as well as multiple acting roles for HBO, Netflix, Sony Tristar, MTV, and VH1.

Through his work co-hosting HBO’s first unscripted show, “We’re Here,” Bob has won a Peabody Award, GLAAD Media Award, and a Television Academy Honors recognition. "Sibling Rivalry", his highly-rated podcast with Monét X Change, has also won a Queerty Award as well as a GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding Podcast.

Over the past few years, Bob has not had much down time between interviewing with Gayle King, Sherri Shepherd, Ke$ha, and NPR’s Ari Shapiro, attempting murder on third season of Peacock’s “The Traitors”, being the Master of Ceremonies for Madonna’s international Celebration Tour, completing his own world comedy tour, writing a New York Times best-selling book, Harriet Tubman: Live in Concert and releasing his newest comedy special "This is Wild" on exclusively streaming on Hulu.
