Rising duo The Lane Brothers have undeniable blood harmonies and a falsetto that recalls that of Charlie Puth, who, among Boyz II Men, James Taylor, Nelly, JoJo and others, is one of many artists that has championed the new duo.

"Our favorite line is ‘you can do much better than these Hollywood pretenders,’” says The Lane Brothers. “Daniel Tashian wrote that and rhymed it with ‘Laurel Canyon benders’ and ‘plastic influencers.’ It blew our minds! We knew this song was gonna be great when we realized how easy singing and recording it was. It just felt right and the vibes were 100% all the way there, which is pretty rare."

Brothers Grayson and Garrett Lane wrote “Got Your Number” alongside GRAMMY-winning writer and producer Daniel Tashian, who is best known for his work with Kacey Musgraves, Jonas Brothers, Muna and more. It’s sweet-talking, flirtatious and a self-assured power-pop number with electro-R&B sensibilities that display the duo’s wide range of influences and vocal capacities.

“Got Your Number” follows the brothers’ charming broke-boy anthem “Lemon Limo” (9.8) and previews more to come in the coming year.
