ABOUT SYNFUL EATS

Founded by the husband-and-wife team of Michelin-trained chefs Sydney & Michael Hursa, NY-based Synful Eats is a dessert delivery business born in the pandemic. After having to pivot from the fine dining industry during the pandemic, the couple were introduced to entrepreneur and dessert enthusiast Beth Kojima, who quickly fell in love with the sweet treats, including their signature treat “Synfilled” – a delicious cake with a stuffed cookie core. Synful Eats delivers to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Hamptons, where the desserts are handmade by Executive Pastry Chef & co-founder Sydney Hursa. Their desserts are also sold at the newly opened Poppi Cafe in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Each month, Synful Eats  unveils a new “cookie of the month” and a nonprofit where a portion of proceeds are donate
