About Andrew East: 

Andrew East is a father of three, entrepreneur and former NFL long snapper, who most recently played for the Washington Commanders. He attended Vanderbilt University where he received his Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and his Master's in Business, while being a two-time captain for the football team. Most recently, he returned to Liberty University to earn his Doctorate in General Psychology.  East gained visibility through the YouTube channel he and his wife Shawn Johnson East started together, which now has more than 1B views. The experience he has gained through his time in the digital space has led to coaching and consultation on behalf of Google for Fortune 500 companies on how to create engaging content. Andrew has been on American Ninja Warrior and was one of the final five on Fox’s Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 4. Andrew and Shawn host the NYT-praised podcast Couple Things and will release their first co-authored book, The Courage To Commit: Embrace the Radical Power of Sticking with Something via Portfolio this June.
