About Barbara Jones:

Barbara Jones is the founder and CEO of Outshine Talent, a boutique talent management firm established in 2019, representing a diverse roster of top social creators, athletes, musicians, and innovators.

Barbara has been a leader in the creator economy business for more than 15 years. In 2008, she founded a pioneering influencer marketing agency currently known as Intuition Media Group.  She also co-founded one of the largest women’s blog and social media conferences in the US and in Canada called Blissdom from 2008 to 2019.

Prior to founding her companies, Barbara was the SVP of Marketing at major record labels, including Columbia, Warner, and Epic Records, with 15+ years of leadership experience in strategic planning, marketing, sales, and distribution in the music business.

Barbara is currently on the Women in Action Sports Advisory Board for Woodward Camps and is an angel investor in art, technology, and entertainment startups.  

Throughout her career, Barbara has helped creators, athletes, and artists build long-term businesses through talent management, brand strategy, intellectual property development, licensing, strategic partnerships, and creator monetization, often identifying emerging opportunities well before they become industry trends.
