September 2019

06 September

Mandolin Orange – Ryman Auditorium (Nashville)

Andrew Marlin and Emily Frantz, the “slow-burning, steadily rising duo [that] exudes gentle elegance” (NPR), add a second full-band headlining show after selling out night one. They’ve sold out every one of their headlining US performances in 2018, and the tender acoustics of new album Tides Of A Teardrop (Yep Roc) sounds heavier and more expansive on stage.

Mandolin Orange – Ryman Auditorium (Nashville)

Songwriter Andrew Marlin and multi-instrumentalist Emily Frantz make their headlining Ryman debut. This is a special add-on to the duo’s 2019 tour as their grassroots success story continues to grow. This follows a stellar 2018 in which they sold out every one of their headlining US performances, and new album 'Tides Of A Teardrop' (Yep Roc) is building on 100 million catalog streams and 1.3 million monthly Spotify listeners while earning early praise from Rolling Stone Country, Paste and NPR Music, which hail the North Carolinians as a "slow-burning, steadily rising duo [that] exudes gentle elegance."

The Commonheart – Cannery Ballroom (Nashville)

This eight-piece Pittsburgh powerhouse, led by fiery, Joe Cocker-like frontman Clinton Clegg, will win you over with a sound “so explosive...it [could] summon a biblical thunderstorm” (Pittsburgh Post-Gazette). The band will preview new album Pressure (August 16th via Jullian Records) through songs like “Do Right,” which American Songwriter says, “radiates true soul” and “reverberates through your core.” They’ve shared the stage with Gary Clark Jr. and performed on the Outlaw Music Festival tour with Willie Nelson, Van Morrison, Sturgill Simpson, and more.
