Lucia Micarelli – Musco Center for the Arts (Orange, CA)


The inspiring young violinist and vocalist known for eclectic sets featuring Ravel, Led Zeppelin and standards like “Spring Can Really Hang You Up The Most” tours with an ensemble including cello, bass, piano, viola and second violin. Micarelli, whose recent PBS special has reached millions, is known for her role as Annie on HBO’s Treme and has previously toured with Chris Botti, Josh Groban and Barbra Streisand.

MC50 — John Anson Ford (LA, CA)


Wayne Kramer, leader of Detroit’s proto-punk/hard rock band MC5, celebrates the landmark anniversary of the group’s incendiary debut album with ‘Kick Out The Jams: The 50th Anniversary Tour.’ Kramer has assembled the supergroup MC50, featuring Kim Thayil (Soundgarden), Brendan Canty (Fugazi), Dug Pinnick (King’s X) and 6 ’7" frontman Marcus Durant (Zen Guerrilla).

Michl – The Roxy (LA, CA)


The enigmatic R&B crooner who has over 110 million streams in the last two years and is “revved up to lead a revolution” (The Fader) showcases his current repertoire, including the Mura Masa-produced “Better With You,” new “brilliant” (Milk.XYZ) song “Borrowed Time,” and his take on Lauryn Hill’s “Tell Him” that Rolling Stone called “one of our favorite recent cover songs.”

Jackie Greene – The Fonda Theatre (LA, CA)


Greene presents “The Modern Lives - IN CONCERT.” This eye-popping visual production was inspired by “The Modern Lives,” Greene’s short film collaboration with Oscar-nominated animator Bill Plympton (Madonna, “Weird” Al Yankovic, Kanye West) and designed by Cour Design (Paramore, LCD Soundsystem). This tour supports Greene’s new EP, The Modern Lives - Vol 2 (10/5 via Blue Rose Music) and features his new live band consisting of GRAMMY-winning producer and keyboardist Shannon Sanders (John Legend, Jonny Lang, Robert Randolph) alongside Nathan Dale (guitar) and newcomers Megan Coleman (percussion), Jon “Smoke” Lucas (drums) and Ben Rubin (bass).
